Checked Baggage
• Royal Laurel, Premium Laurel, and Business Class are allowed 2 pieces of baggage, 32 kg (70 lbs) each. (Applicable for both long-haul flights and short-haul flights within Asia).
• Premium Economy allows 2 pieces of baggage with 23kg (150 lbs) each. (Applicable for both long-haul flights and short-haul flights within Asia).
• Economy passengers are allowed 2 pieces of baggage with 23kg (150 lbs) each. (Long haul flights to US and Canada / Europe / Australia and New Zealand).
• On short-haul flights within Asia, Basic fare passengers are allowed 1 piece, 23kg (50lbs).
Carry-On Baggage
• Royal Laurel/Premium Laurel/Business Class passengers are allowed two pieces of hand luggage with a maximum weight of 7kg/15 lbs.
• Premium Economy and Economy Class passengers are allowed one piece of baggage and a maximum weight of 7kg/15 lbs.
• Personal items such as a laptop computer, purse, small backpack, and briefcase with dimensions 40x30x10cm/16 x 12 x 4 inches.
